Ryan Swiatek serves as the President of the Epsilon Rho chapter. In the past, he held the position of Vice President of Professional activities for the fraternity. He is currently a Senior studying Finance. This past summer Ryan created his own financial service practice through Levin Financial Group. Post graduation Ryan plans to continue his financial services practice while studying for his Series 7 or Certified Financial Planner exam.
Senior Vice President
Jacob Sadlier serves as the Senior Vice President of the Epsilon Rho chapter. He is currently a Senior at UT studying international business and management. Other leadership positions Jacob held with Delta Sigma Pi include VP of Community Service and Chancellor. He has past experience interning for Florida Hospital while being a co-founder for Tutit, an on-demand tutoring app for students. Post graduation, Jacob plans to move back to Philadelphia and work in a management type role.
Vice President - Chapter Operations
Deanna Castle serves as the Vice President of Chapter Operations of the Epsilon Rho chapter. She is currently dual enrolling at UT getting her both her Bachelors in Accounting and a Masters of Science in Accounting. Aside from Delta Sigma Pi, Deanna is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, Sigma Alpha Pi, and Phi Kappa Phi. Deanna is currently interning with the Warren Averett a local Tampa CPA firm. After graduating, she plans to earn her CPA and work for PWC as a financial auditor.
Vice President - Finance
Yesenia Onofre serves as the Vice President of Finance of the Epsilon Rho chapter. She is currently a senior at University of Tampa studying International Business and Management with two minors in Law, Justice, and Advocacy and Asian Studies. On campus, Yesenia has worked as a Resident Assistant. She previously held the position as Vice President of Marketing for our fraternity. In her free time, Yesenia enjoys playing the violin and helping others while being a Moot Court competitor. Post graduation, Yesenia plans to attend law school but first wants to gain experience with pro bono legal representation for the less fortunate.
Claire van der Werf
Vice President - Pledge Education
Claire van der Werf serves as the Pledge Educator for the incoming Fall 2018 Pledge Class of the Epsilon Rho chapter. Claire is currently a Senior at the University of Tampa studying International Business and Management with a minor in Finance. A fun fact about Claire is that she is originally from Rotterdam, Netherlands and speaks fluent Dutch. While it is still early her current post-grad plans include attending grad-school in Europe where she would like to move back to one day.
Alia Strukel serves as the Chancellor of the Epsilon Rho chapter. She is currently a Junior at University of Tampa.
Vice President - Professional Events
Keaira Philogene serves as the Vice President of Professional Activities of the Epsilon Rho chapter. She is currently a Senior at University of Tampa studying Cyber security with a minor in Management Information System. Keaira is from San Diego, California. Keaira spent her summer interning at a cyber security firm. She loves to dance and enjoys listening to music in her free time.
Vice President - Community Service
Lydia Sheer serves as the VP Community Service of the Epsilon Rho chapter. Lydia is currently a Junior at the University of Tampa studying Marketing.This is the first position she has held in the fraternity, although she was director to VP Community Service last semester. Outside of DSP, Lydia is VP of community service for DECA. Lydia also is working as a Quality Assurance Analyst intern for Proforma.
Vice President - Fundraising
Samantha Maingot serves as the Vice President of Fundraising of the Epsilon Rho Chapter for the past two semesters. She is currently a Senior at the University of Tampa studying Cyber security with a minor in Management Information Systems. Aside from Delta Sigma Pi, she is quality assurance analyst intern at Proforma. Samantha is from Trinidad and Tobago but hopes to pursue her masters and a career in the Tampa Bay area post-graduation.
Vice President - Scholarships and Awards
Madison Farfour serves as Vice President of Scholarships and Awards for the Epsilon Rho Chapter. Madison is currently a Junior at University of Tampa studying Marketing.
Levi Scheid serves as the Webmaster of the Epsilon Rho chapter. Levi is currently a Senior at University of Tampa studying Economics. This past summer Levi started his own financial service practice through Northwestern Mutual. Aside from Delta Sigma Pi, Levi is continuing his financial services practice while working part time at both Fresh Kitchen and a dog sitter for Rover. Post-Graduation, Levi plans to continue financial planning practice while studying for his Series 6 and 63 license and eventually obtaining his CFP.

Kristi Vole serves as the Brotherhood Committee Chair of the Epsilon Rho chapter. She got initiated in Spring 2018.
Vice President - Alumni Relations
Kayley McParland is the Vice President of Alumni Relations for the Epsilon Rho chapter. Kayley is currently a Sophomore at University of Tampa majoring in Accounting. Kayley joined Delta Sigma Pi in the spring of 2018. Outside of school you can catch Kayley biking or dog walking.
Vice President - Marketing
Molly Phelps serves as Vice President of Marketing here at UT for the Epsilon Rho Chapter. She is currently a Junior studying Marketing. Outside of DSP Molly works on campus as a Desk Assistant and co-hosts a weekly radio show on University of Tampa’s WUTT radio. Next semester Molly plans on studying abroad in Italy.
Claire serves as chapter Historian for the Epsilon Rho chapter. She is currently a Senior at the University of Tampa studying Finance. Outside of DSP Claire is the Vice President of Micro finance club, a member of the Dean advisory group, and member of the Investment Banking Society. Claire is currently interning with Franklin Templeton Investments.
