Molly Milton

Molly Milton is a senior at the University of Tampa majoring in Finance. As Chapter President of the Epsilon Rho Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, she leads a large executive board and works to grow the chapter's professional development opportunities, strengthen its internal culture, and expand its presence on campus, all while supporting an incredible executive team as the chapter continues to grow and welcome a diverse group of brothers bringing new ideas to the table.

Professionally, Molly recently completed a Risk Summer Analyst internship at Citi in Tampa within the ORM Data Risk department, where she built AI-powered tools, analyzed data risk events, and presented her findings to leadership. She looks forward to launching her career in finance following graduation.

On campus, Molly is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma and works as a Desk Assistant for University of Tampa Residence Life. She is also involved in the local community through volunteer work and enjoys traveling globally. With a passion for finance and leadership, Molly is committed to expanding ideas, strengthening her team, and leaving a lasting mark on Delta Sigma Pi.

Senior Vice President

Eleni Raikos

Eleni is a junior at the University of Tampa, pursuing a degree in Business Management with a minor in Law, Justice, and Advocacy. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Delta Sigma Pi – Epsilon Rho, where she leads the chapter’s recruitment initiatives, supports the President, and contributes to the chapter’s continued growth and success. Through this leadership role, Eleni is proud to represent and promote a fraternity that has played a meaningful role in her personal and professional development. She is especially passionate about expanding the chapter’s membership by connecting with like-minded students and giving them the opportunity to experience the sense of community, professional development, and lifelong connections that Delta Sigma Pi has provided her.

Looking ahead, Eleni aspires to build a career in Human Resources and has intentionally pursued opportunities that allow her to strengthen her skills and gain meaningful experience in the field. Most recently, she completed a summer internship with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, where she gained experience reviewing contracts and utilizing CRM functions to improve organization and workflow within the department. Her passion for Human Resources has also shaped her leadership within Delta Sigma Pi, inspiring her to take on the role of Senior Vice President and embrace the responsibilities that come with leading the chapter’s recruitment efforts.

Lex Cambria

Lex is a senior at The University of Tampa and serves as Vice President of Chapter Holdings and Operational Procedures (CHOP’s) for Epsilon Rho. In the role, her main goals is to highlight professionalism, maintain structured communication, and promote our great events. During her free time, she loves listening to music, traveling to new locations, and collecting shells at the beach. Lex’s career aspiration is to work in forensic accounting to aid criminal investigations. Delta Sigma Pi is a valued part of her collegiate career, and she wants to help support the organization that guided her through the last 3 years. Lex is available to any questions and loves to explore new coffee shops for chats!


VP Finance

Carson Appell

Year: Junior

Major: Accounting

Carson is a junior Accounting major from Twinsburg, Ohio. As Vice President of Finance, he is focused on maintaining a high standard of transparency and responsibilities when it comes to managing the chapters finances. Through Delta Sigma Pi, he has made life-long friends and grown professionally through many unforgettable experiences. His favorite memory is being apart of planning and organizing the ERHO Open Charity Golf outing, in support of Believe With Me, Inc. Outside of DSP, he likes pickleball, golf, fishing, working out, and being outside. He is an aspiring CPA, who plans to receive his masters in Accounting. Fun Fact: He has a twin sister who is also studying Accounting at The University of Tampa!


Chancellor

Charlie Quirk

Charlie is a Finance major from Newton, Massachusetts. He joined Delta Sigma Pi during the second semester of his freshman year and credits the fraternity with much of his growth and success throughout college. He ran for Chancellor to give back to the chapter and build a stronger sense of unity among the brotherhood. In this role, Charlie plans to improve communication, strengthen the relationships between brothers and pledges, and serve as a neutral, approachable resource who makes sure every brother feels heard and supported.

William “Billy” Cacace

Billy is a senior majoring in Finance. After six semesters in the fraternity, he is excited to serve as VPPE, helping shape the next generation of brothers by instilling the fraternity’s values, fostering accountability, and building a strong foundation for lifelong membership. Alexa is a senior from Becker, Minnesota, majoring in Finance with a minor in Law, Justice, and Advocacy. As Vice President of Professional Activities, she is excited to help the chapter continue to grow professionally and give back to the brothers who have given her so much during her time in DSP. On campus, she is also involved as a Social Chair for the UT Real Estate Club, a Spartan Ambassador, and a sister of Delta Zeta. Off campus, she enjoys golfing, going on walks, and spending time with friends. Alexa has a long-term goal of pursuing a career in commercial real estate, specifically development, after graduation.

Hello, I’m Owen and I’m serving as this semesters VP of Alumni Relations! I ran for this position because I want to help close the gap between current brothers and our vast array of alumni. I joined DSP in Fall 2025 because it immediately proved itself to be a community of proactive, future thinking individuals! I’m currently entering my second year at UTampa with a double major in Accounting and Finance. In my free time, I love walking Bayshore, exploring the city with friends, and playing soccer.

I'm a sophomore from Atlanta, GA, majoring in Marketing. I joined DSP looking to widen my circle with people who had the same drive and passion for their goals as me, and since then, I've met so many amazing , hard-working, and diverse people who I'm now lucky enough to call friends.

I'm creative, passionate, and love bringing ideas to life. In this role, I'm hoping to show the outside world what truly sets DSP apart, through creative, unique marketing strategies, and just being real. It's also helping me sharpen my own skills, keeping my perspective and strategy fresh as AI continues to reshape marketing every day.

Outside of DSP, I enjoy modeling, philosophy, travel, music, fashion, backpacking, and self improvement!

I think there’s no limit to what you can achieve or become and i believe everything is born from errors and change.

Evan is a junior from Chicago, Illinois, majoring in Cybersecurity with a minor in Law, Justice, and Advocacy. As DEI Chair, his goal is to highlight the different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences within the chapter while creating an environment where every brother feels comfortable being themselves. He wants to make DEI engaging, meaningful, and representative of everyone within the chapter. Outside of DSP, Evan enjoys sports, working out, traveling, and learning more about law. After graduating, he plans to attend law school and pursue a career as an entertainment lawyer.

Elena is a junior from Melbourne, Florida, majoring in International Business and Entrepreneurship. As Vice President of Community Service, her goal is to inspire others to become more involved in giving back and to create meaningful service opportunities for the chapter. Growing up between the United States and France inspired her love for different cultures and meeting new people. Outside of DSP, she enjoys traveling, doing nails, and running the handmade greeting card business she started at nine years old.

DSP has been a defining part of her college experience, and Bella is excited for the opportunity to give back to such an amazing community. Outside of DSP, she loves to travel, hike, spend time at the beach, and hang out with her fellow brothers.


Historian

Juan J. Herrero

Year: Sophomore

Major: International Business and Management, Business Information Technology

Juan Herrero is a sophomore at the University of Tampa majoring in International Business, Management, and Business Information Technology. As Historian for Delta Sigma Pi, he's reinventing the role by digitalizing it and producing a documentary to capture the chapter's story. He also serves as a Career Ambassador for UT's Office of Career Services and, for ALPFA, as Student Government representative and Content and Media Manager. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, Juan is drawn to careers in tech, finance, consulting, or international business, and outside of academics he's passionate about photography, cinematography, and traveling.

Antonio Gonzalez

Antonio is a Senior from Puerto Rico studying Accounting with a passion for finance. As Corporate Sponsorship Chair for Delta Sigma Pi, he is driven by a simple goal: create opportunities for his brothers while building meaningful relationships for Delta Sigma Pi with industry professionals. Outside of Delta Sigma Pi, Antonio serves as Vice President of the UT Trading & Investment Club and is SIE certified. He aspires to build a career in Private Banking at J.P. Morgan, combining technical knowledge with relationship-driven service. Above all, he hopes to leave Delta Sigma Pi stronger than he found it.

Alanna is a Sophmore from Scotch Plains New Jersey, majoring in Economics with a Legal Studies minor. Through serving as Fundraising Chair for DSP she is focused towards giving back to the chapter in the many ways that the chapter has helped foster her own growth and community lthrough encouraging collaboration and further cultivate the culture within DSP that motivates brothers to encourage and learn from one another. Outside of DSP, Alanna is an avid reader and traveler who enjoys being outdoors, gaining new experiences and meeting new people.

Eszter Virág Borza

Eszter is a Davis Scholar, International Student at the University of Tampa, from Hungary. After attending UWC RBC in Germany, she earned a full scholarship to continue her studies at the University of Tampa in Business Analytics. She have joined Delta Sigma Pi in the second semester of her Freshman year and became the President of the Pledge Class. After that, she ran to become part of the Fall 2026 Executive Committee as the VP IT.

Even though she is a new brother, she is trying to stay as active as she can. While the previous VP IT has implemented the usage of Notion into the brotherhood, Eszter is eager to continue to use it and expand it. Additionally she is also holding Tech Workshops for the brothers to widen their professionalism.

Beside DSP, she is the President of the Business Analytics Student Club, a Notion Campus Leader for 2026-2027 and is part of several communities. Currently she is working as a Building Manager in Vaughn Center and as a Social Media In.

In her free time, she loves working out, reading a good book, watching some fun series, learning languages and hanging out with friends. Feel free to reach out to her with anything!
