Letter From SVP

Dear Prospective Recruits,

Everyone has their moment in college when everything clicks, when you know that you’ve found your place, and are ready to make an impact. That moment came to me when I was first admitted into Delta Sigma Pi; I knew that I had found my home on this campus.

But if I'm being honest, that's not how my journey started. Two weeks earlier, I had no idea business fraternities even existed, let alone DSP. I only made this discovery by following my roommate to an Information Session, completely unaware of what I was walking into. By the end

of that first event, I was hooked. Listening to brothers talk about the family they found within each other, and the encouragement they received to push themselves to greater achievements made me realize this wasn’t just an organization but a community of people determined to bring out the best in each other and their fraternity. So I kept showing up, event after event, watching myself grow a little more each time. I'm endlessly grateful that a random Monday night with my roommate turned into the most transformative decision of my college career.

That growth doesn't wait until you're initiated. It starts the moment you walk into your first recruitment event this semster. One of my favorite parts of the process was leaving every single event with something I didn't walk in with, whether that was a new skill, a piece of advice from an upperclassman, or just a little more confidence than I had an hour before. Recruitment isn't a waiting room before the real growth begins. It IS the growth.

The Delta Sigma Pi Epsilon Rho Chapter at the University of Tampa invites you to learn, grow, and become the most capable version of yourself during Fall 2026 Recruitment. Our fraternity is built on four pillars: Professionalism, Scholarship, Community Service, and Brotherhood. As a brother, you'll be pushed toward opportunities to help you excel both personally and professionally, opportunities that set you apart from every other résumé in the stack, and friendships built on mutual growth that will last long after graduation.

If you’re ready to level up your college experience, grow into the best version of yourself, and be surrounded by people who won’t let you settle for anything less than your potential, recruitment is your next move.

Any University of Tampa student pursuing a business degree is eligible to recruit as long as you’re not graduating in the same semester you join and meet the preliminary requirements.

I can tell you firsthand this fraternity will change your life, just like it changed mine. The only question is, will you take that first step?

We’ll see you at recruitment.

Sincerely,

Eleni Raikos

Senior Vice President, Fall 2026
