Letter From SVP

Dear Prospective Recruits,

When I walked into my first Delta Sigma Pi recruitment event, I had no idea how much my life was about to change. I thought I was just recruiting a professional fraternity to build my résumé. What I found was a family of 88 ambitious, talented, and driven individuals who challenged me to grow, inspired me to lead, and supported me through every success and setback.

Delta Sigma Pi at the University of Tampa invites you to experience that same transformation during Fall 2025 Recruitment. We are built on four pillars which are Professionalism, Scholarship, Community Service, and Brotherhood. Everything we do is driven by those values. Here, you will find opportunities you didn’t think were possible like landing internships you once thought were out of reach, developing leadership skills that set you apart, and building friendships that will last for the rest of your life.

You’ll experience it from the very first recruitment event how your background, your experiences, and your perspective are celebrated here. In Delta Sigma Pi, every Brother and recruit belongs not because we are all the same, but because our differences make us stronger. We listen to each other, learn from each other, and celebrate what makes each of us unique. From day one, you can show up as your authentic self and know that you’ll be valued, respected, and supported.

If you’re ready to level up your college experience, grow into the best version of yourself, and be surrounded by people who won’t let you settle for anything less than your potential, recruitment is your next move.

Any University of Tampa student pursuing a business degree is eligible to recruit as long as you’re not graduating in the same semester you join and meet the preliminary requirements.

I can tell you firsthand this fraternity will change your life, just like it changed mine. The only question is, will you take that first step?

We’ll see you at recruitment.

Sincerely,

Drake Collins

Senior Vice President, Fall 2025
