- Each organization is different and unique in the purpose it serves. What distinguishes us from other organizations is simple and that is our “brotherhood”. This fraternal bond is formed through commitment and this is something we ask of all brothers. However, we do highly encourage you to be involved with various organizations on campus to not only broaden your horizons, but to meet others who share a passion and interest with you, whether it be related or unrelated to your career goals. Our brothers are also actively involved in greek life, intramural sports, religious organizations, dance teams, other clubs, and more!

- Unfortunately, you are not allowed to recruit Delta Sigma Pi if you have ALREADY been granted membership or accepted a bid from another business fraternity.

Are Sports Management majors qualified for recruitment?

- Unfortunately, due to regulations set forth by Delta Sigma Pi, Sports Management majors do not fall under our qualified business majors. Although, if you are also a business major, you are qualified to recruit.

What if I have additional questions?

- If we were unable to answer your question in this FAQ, don’t fret. Feel free to reach out to us at svp.dsp.erho@gmail.com. In addition, you can likely find us around campus so feel free to ask if you see us as any brother would be happy to answer one of your questions. If those don’t work for you, you can always ask us during recruitment week!

Testimonials

“DSP basically made my college experience. I joined freshman year and found my family away from my family. It was easy to take it for granted in the beginning. Having people to say hi to around campus, someone to call if I ever needed help, events to always go to. I don’t know how life would be like if I didn’t try DSP out. I got my internship this summer through the brotherhood, I grew as a leader through being on exec, I made so many memories with these people. There were times I just did not want to leave my room, DSP would push me out of my comfort zone and I am so happy for it. I would come up with crazy ideas, and instead of judgements, there would be suggestions, encouragement and support. You won’t regret rushing, you might regret not doing it.” - Anna Vu

“The longer I have been in DSP, the more I have realized how it has changed the trajectory of my college experience. I joined in my sophomore year, excited by the conversations I had with members during Recruitment and looking forward to the opportunity to develop professionally. What I did not expect, however, was how the incredible people I met in Epsilon Rho would revolutionize my college experience outside of professionalism. While the people I have met in DSP have played in instrumental role in my career path through events, advice, and recommendations, they also have integrated me with the larger Tampa Bay through their Community Service Initiatives, allowed me to travel to cities across the U.S. to partake in development conferences, and given me a reason to be excited to walk to each class.”

– I always bump into someone. Above all else, Epsilon Rho forms a welcoming community that forms a sort of lifeline for me each semester; through busy schedules, long working hours, or quiet weeks, DSP was there all the same, always giving me something to look forward to. They are both the people I call when I could use some help, and the people I call when I have something I’m proud to share. No group inspires me more to succeed, none supports me more when I fail, and I am extremely grateful to have found them. - Gabe Mudd
